Jets' Darrelle Revis inactive against Steelers

PITTSBURGH -- Jets cornerback Darrelle Revis is inactive for today’s game against the Steelers.

The Aliquippa, Pennsylvania, native was doubtful to play after not practicing all week because of a “mild strain” in his left hamstring.

It’s the second Pittsburgh trip that Revis — who also is a University of Pittsburgh alum — will not play in. The star corner was also inactive for the Jets-Steelers Week 2 matchup in 2012 because of a concussion.

Cornerback Marcus Williams will start in Revis’ place. Look for rookie Justin Burris to see more playing time as well.

Though Quincy Enunwa (knee) was listed as questionable, he is, in fact, playing.
