FLORHAM PARK, N.J. — Darrelle Revis filed a lawsuit Tuesday against his former agents, Neil Schwartz and Jonathan Feinsod, alleging that they “secretly and unilaterally” increased their commission fee on an endorsement deal from 10 percent to 50 percent, according to a court document.
The lawsuit, which was filed in Westchester County Supreme Court, claims “breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, breach of contract, breach of the duty of good faith and fair dealing, unjust enrichment, conversion, and other common law violations at law and in equity.”
Revis alleges that Schwartz and Feinsod “set out to take advantage” of him and his limited liability company, Shavae, LLC, while the football star was “focused on” the playoffs and Super Bowl XLIX with the Patriots.
