With the regular season around the corner, rookie Jets GM Mike Maccagnan must whittle down the roster to 53 by 4 p.m. on Saturday. The team faces some tough decisions at wide receiver, inside linebacker, offensive line and defensive line heading into Saturday.
Perhaps the biggest name on the roster bubble heading into Saturday is veteran outside linebacker Jason Babin, who, at the age of 35, could be cut. However, Babin is more likely to stick now with Calvin Pace and Lorenzo Mauldin banged up.
