Terrelle Pryor’s days as a news-breaker may be over.
After the Jets wide receiver revealed Monday that he broke his ankle in May — the extent of the injury had been unknown — coach Todd Bowles was angry the information got out.
“Terrelle doesn’t need to be descriptive,” Bowles said after the Jets wrapped up joint practices with the Redskins. “I feel he should keep his mouth shut and leave the injuries to me.”
Bowles said he’s already had a conversation with Pryor and handled the issue with him, declining to say whether the 29-year-old would be fined.
