FLORHAM PARK -- Buster Skrine is officially out for Sunday's game against the Falcons.
The Jets' nickel cornerback, who's dealing with a concussion, didn't practice again on Friday, coach Todd Bowles said. Skrine was, for the first time this week, on the practice field. He did not have his helmet, or do any form of work.
The Jets also ruled out tight end Jordan Leggett (knee) and right tackle Brandon Shell (neck). Veteran Brent Qvale will start in place of Shell. Defensive end Muhammad Wilkerson is questionable.
Skrine is believed to have suffered the concussion at some point in last week's loss to the Dolphins, despite the fact he finished the game.
