According to Ari Meirov, and confirmed by Thomas Morstead himself, the New York Jets are bringing back punter Thomas Morstead. It is reportedly a two-year deal. It comes off a strong season for Morstead, who was asked to punt 99 times. The 15-year veteran averaged 48.8 yards per punt last season in his second round of duty with the team.

This move signifies the Jets commitment to stability on special teams, as they already brought back Greg Zeurlein.
