Jets Bring Back S Antonio Allen, Sign CB Dex McDougle To Practice Squad

FLORHAM PARK, N.J. (CBSNewYork/AP) — The New York Jets waived tight end Brian Parker on Tuesday after he failed his physical and signed safety Antonio Allen.

Parker was acquired on waivers from Kansas City on Sunday. The Jets now have three tight ends on their roster: Kellen Davis, Brandon Bostick and Braeden Bowman.

Allen, who was waived by Houston over the weekend, spent the past four seasons with the Jets after being a seventh-round draft pick out of South Carolina in 2012.
