The Jets added to their free-agency haul Friday by signing former Seahawks running back Thomas Rawls.
He is the second running back the Jets have signed this offseason after inking ex-Brown Isaiah Crowell to a three-year deal. Those two join Bilal Powell and Elijah McGuire after Matt Forte retired after the season.
Rawls had an impressive rookie season in 2015, rushing for 830 yards and averaging 5.6 per carry but has been slowed by injuries the past two seasons.
The 24-year-old tumbled down the Seahawks’ depth chart last season, finishing with 157 yards on 58 carries.
