The Jets activated second-year wide receiver Jalin Marshall to the active roster following a four-game suspension and waived cornerback Marcus Williams.

After signing as an undrafted free agent, Marshall registered 14 receptions and two touchdowns last season. The Ohio State product also served as a returner, averaging 24.9 yards per kick return.

“He’s versatile,” head coach Todd Bowles said. “He got caught up a little bit last week and we’ll catch him up some more. At the end of the week, we’ll decide if he’ll play or not.”

Williams, a fourth-year veteran from North Dakota State, played 38 snaps against the Browns on Sunday and appeared in all five games this season.
