Jets Activate RB Khiry Robinson From Active/PUP List

FLORHAM PARK, N.J. (CBSNewYork/AP)The New York Jets have activated running back Khiry Robinson from the active/physically-unable-to-perform list after he sat out the start of training camp while rehabilitating from a broken leg.

Robinson was signed by the Jets in March as a free agent after spending his first three NFL seasons with the New Orleans Saints. He broke his right tibia during a game against the Giants last November and was placed on season-ending injured reserve after needing surgery.

Robinson, 26, has played in 28 career games, starting three.
