JetNation showed off it’s carving skills at the Institute of Culinary Education (ICE) Monday night. The theme was “Knife Skills & The Whole Hog.” The expert chefs taught New York Jets fans how to properly cut a hog, slice vegetables, and of course, amazing recipes and techniques. Everyone got their hands dirty, including New York Jets linebacker Demario Davis, and cornerback Buster Skrine. As always, fans got to see another side of the pro athletes that recently out-played the New York Giants. JetNation overheard Skrine raving about Head Coach Todd Bowles, and how happy he is to be a Jet.
