According to NFL insider Jordan Schultz, the team will consider retaining Jeff Ulbrich beyond 2024 if things go well this season.

“The Jets will give interim coach Jeff Ulbrich a chance to earn the permanent job, with 12 full games remaining in the season,” Schultz reported.
