The New York Jets have a superstar in the making on their roster according to Pro Football Focus. PFF recently released their annual Top 25 players under the age of 25, and Jets safety Jamal Adams made the list. Adams is entering his third season in the NFL and is already the heart and soul of the Jets defense.
Adams took a giant step forward in 2018, improving his quarterback pressure rate (13.7% in 2017, 28.1% in 2018) and passer rating allowed (124.7 in 2017, and 67.3 in 2018). According to PFF, Adams earned a grade of 77 or above in run defense, tackling, pass rushing, and coverage.
