Jamal Adams after Jets' heartbreaking loss to Patriots: 'We feel we can beat anybody'

EAST RUTHERFORD -- Jamal Adams stood with his back to his locker, stern-faced and confident. He didn't look like a player moments removed from an emotional loss to a division rival.

The Jets had just taken the defending Super Bowl champion Patriots four quarters. Had it not been for a questionable (at best) call to take a touchdown off the board, they, not New England, may be atop the AFC East right now.

Adams wouldn't call this a moral victory. But it did show the world what those inside that locker room already know.
