Sam Darnold is looking forward to Sunday’s matchup with Green Bay legend Aaron Rodgers.
There’s been talk that the 5-8-1 Packers would shut down Rodgers, who has been dealing with knee and groin injuries, for their final two games. But the two-time NFL MVP insisted Wednesday he plans to play.
“Just the way he’s able to see the field so fast, it’s almost like he knows what the defense is going to do before the snap. For him, it just looks so easy and so effortless,” Darnold said after Wednesday’s practice. “He has probably the best arm talent that I’ve ever seen, debatably in the entire NFL history.
