Isaiah Crowell has been wiped out by the Jets.
The team released the running back on Thursday morning, a move that was expected as the Jets have moved on to Le’Veon Bell at the position.
Crowell rushed for 685 yards and six touchdowns on 143 carries in his one year as Jet. He broke the franchise single-game record with 219 yards against the Broncos in October but was mostly inconsistent. His only other game with more than 100 yards came in Week 1 when he had 102 against the Lions. He finished the season on injured reserve.
