Hurting Jets shift eyes to their other injury-plagued CB

If anyone can feel Dee Milliner’s pain, it’s Dexter McDougle.

Milliner’s injured right wrist, on which he had surgery that could sideline him for up to two months, is advantageous for McDougle, the team’s third-round pick a year ago, who is competing to slide into Milliner’s role as the team’s fourth cornerback.

Yet, McDougle knows exactly what Milliner is going through — he hasn’t made it to October heathy since 2012.

“He told me today and I was shocked,” the 5-foot-10 McDougle said after Friday’s practice. “I know that feeling, after what happened last year in training camp.
