FLORHAM PARK — Ryan Fitzpatrick last played at Arrowhead Stadium in 2011. Then the quarterback of the Bills, he had one of the best outings of his career.
Fitzpatrick threw for 208 yards, four touchdowns and no interceptions. He had a quarterback rating of 133. Five years later, and now the starter for the Jets, Fitzpatrick remembers just bits and pieces of his play in that game.
What he has forgotten, not even slightly, was the deafening noise of the crowd.
"The place was just on fire with energy," Fitzpatrick said this week.
