One of the more interesting moments of the Jets' joint training camp practices with Washington in Richmond, Va., happened after the final practice, on Tuesday.
Washington's high-profile veteran cornerback, Josh Norman, had high praise for Jets rookie quarterback Sam Darnold, who is competing with Josh McCown and Teddy Bridgewater for the Week 1 starting job.
After Thursday's second preseason game, at Washington, the Jets were back at their training facility in Florham Park on Saturday, for their 14th day of camp practice. And Darnold got a chance to respond to Norman's praise.
