While police told beachgoers on the Highway Behind the Pond to “tell people to meet you elsewhere,” guests to the fundraiser who made it past barricades included Carl Icahn, former Post publisher Peter Kalikow, Lew Eisenberg, Steven Mnuchin, Anthony Scaramucci and Robert Mercer, who’d been Ted Cruz’s biggest backer and was wooed by Trump’s campaign.
