Tuesday it was Ryan Fitzpatrick's chance to talk with Jets reporters for the first time since the trade with the Texans and talk about competing with Geno Smith for the Jets starting quarterback job.
Today it was Geno Smith's first turn with the media at the current voluntary veteran minicamp. He got similar questions about the competition ahead, and provided similar answers.
"For me, I never change my approach," he said before this afternoon's practice at the Atlantic Health Jets Training Center. "I'm always going to compete, no matter who is out there.
