The rumblings about possible daily fantasy sports regulation in New Jersey began this week with state state senator Jim Whelan saying he will introduce a bill to treat sites like DraftKings and FanDuel as online gambling companies.

Though New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie opposes regulation because he didn't think daily fantasy sports should be considered gambling, it sounds like DraftKings is nervous.
According to NorthJersey.com, Garden State customers received the following email from DraftKings asking users to contact legislators to tell them they oppose regulation:

Earlier this week, we asked you to join the fight to protect fantasy sports in New Jersey by signing our petition.
