FLORHAM PARK, N.J. -- One of the positive takeaways from the New York Jets' locker room is the attitude on offense. No one on that side of the ball is overplaying the role of the offense in the team's 3-1 start. They know the story.
And the story is this: While there have been many positive developments -- Chris Ivory, Brandon Marshall and near-flawless pass protection are at the top of the list -- it's still not a finished product. The offense hasn't reached the point where you can say, "The whole is greater than the sum of its parts.
