FLORHAM PARK, N.J. — Cornerback Darrelle Revis, who has missed the last two games because of a concussion, said on Thursday he expects to be cleared to rejoin the Jets on Sunday against the Titans.
“I practiced,” Revis said, “so I’ll be ready.”
Revis returned to the practice field on Thursday, though he did not face any contact. He must be examined by a doctor and released from the NFL’s concussion protocol before he can be cleared to play on Sunday. The Jets hope that will happen on Friday.
“It was good to be back on the field after two weeks,” Revis said.
