A few days after Antonio Cromartie's wife, Terricka Cromartie, accused Madison police of pulling her over for "driving while black," the Madison Police Department announced that she was charged with operating a motor vehicle while on a cell phone and having tinted windows. The police department posted the charges on Facebook.
"The Madison Police Department has received a complaint from Ms. Terricka Cromartie which was discovered by this agency through a media inquiry and social media," the post said. "Due to the nature of the allegation, this agency proactively referred this case to the proper county authority as per the NJ Attorney General Guidelines.
