Colon inactive; Winters to start

Willie Colon is officially inactive and will be replaced by Brian Winters at right guard Sunday when the Jets host Jacksonville at 1 p.m.

Also inactive are Bryce Petty, Calvin Pryor, Bilal Powell, Dakota Dozier, Ben Ijalana and TJ Barnes
