C.J. Mosley will be a game-time decision for Jets

FLORHAM PARK, N.J. — The Jets will have to wait until Sunday morning to find out if they’ll have one of their key defensive pieces in their attempt to win their first game in 12 tries against Bill Belichick and the Patriots.

Linebacker C.J. Mosley, who injured his hamstring Week 5 against the Falcons in London, "is going to go down to the wire," Robert Saleh said, adding that the final determination will happen during Sunday morning’s workout. The call, Saleh said, will ultimately be Mosley’s to make.

"He’s such a seasoned veteran and he’s been through these situations, so really, it’s relying on the player to make the sound decision for not only himself, but the organization and the team," Saleh said Friday before practice.
