The New York Jets are officially on the board in 2024, and it all began with one of the newcomers.
Rookie running back Braelon Allen ran wild in the second quarter of the Jets’ first preseason game against the Washington Commanders.
Allen, 20, currently has 54 yards on just nine carries—with the first half winding down of a 7-7 ball game. Forty-five of those yards came on just three carries on the Jets’ third drive of the game, which ended in a touchdown.

Braelon Allen is popping off a bit, just a simple mid-split zone (perhaps inside-ish) leads to Allen cutting it back extremely quickly.
