One day after losing 37-31 to the Jets, the Buffalo Bills have decided to make a change. But no, it's not head coach Rex Ryan who is packing his bags.
Instead, it's offensive coordinator Greg Roman, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.

The move has folks around the NFL scratching their heads, since Roman's reported firing comes one day after his offense put up 31 points on one of the best defensive fronts in the league.
