It’s surprising to see Bill Belichick pile on after a big victory. No, seriously.
The man has no problem letting loose on the sideline after a victory, for the entire football world to see, but he usually leaves it alone after that moment. After all, he is the anti-Rex Ryan. No reading material for the opponent is a great thing.
This time around he took a different tact.
Belichick hopped on WEEI in Boston to add insult to the New York Jets‘ injury.
“One of the—not only most defining—but one of the great moments of my career,” Belichick said about the infamous Jets resignation back in early 2000.
