FLORHAM PARK -- This isn't new for Jets rookie ArDarius Stewart -- the sitting, waiting, watching. He endured it when he first arrived at Alabama four years ago. If anything, that prepared him for where he is now.
He wants to play. He knows what he can do when he's on the field. But he won't get a chance to show everyone else until he earns the coaches' trust. And to earn the coaches' trust, he must take advantage of the sporadic opportunities he gets.
"It's my freshman year in the NFL," Stewart told NJ Advance Media by his locker.
