JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The Jets opened the season with three games in 11 days. Now, they’ve had 10 days to prepare for their next game, but it may be their toughest yet.
Gang Green heads to the Sunshine State on Sunday afternoon for a showdown with the 2-1 Jaguars. The 1-2 Jets have lost consecutive games and are looking to avoid hitting a prolonged losing streak that could sink their season before October even hits.
“Every week is a challenge in the NFL,” nose tackle Steve McLendon said. “As you’ve seen over the past week, anybody can be beat.
