If subtle Twitter antics are to be taken as a legitimate signal of true intentions, then it appears clear that Tennessee Titans wide receiver A.J. Brown has no desire to join the New York Jets.
On Friday, Brown sent out another one of his infamous cryptic tweets, writing, “If it’s not mutual, I don’t want it”. One Jets fan replied to the tweet saying, “The [J]ets want you I promise,” to which another fan replied, “[Brown] doesn’t”. Brown liked the second reply, seemingly suggesting he agrees with the fan’s sentiment that he does not wish to join New York.
