Yes, Sunday’s 22-17 loss to Rex Ryan’s Bills was devastating and knocked the Jets out of playoff contention. But they made huge strides in 2015, hiring general manager Mike Maccagnan and Todd Bowles and winning 10 games in their first year together. Maccagnan deserves NFL executive of the year honors for upgrading a 4-12 team with key veterans and a capable coach.
