The Jets are listing 13 players who will not be dressing for tonight's preseason opener at MetLife Stadium against the Jaguars, including DE Muhammad Wilkerson and RB Khiry Robinson, who both came off the Active/Physically Unable to Perform list this week and participated in positional drills.
Four running backs, headed by Matt Forté, as expected, will miss the opener. Bilal Powell will get the start at tailback for Forté, who has been working through a sore hamstring.
