Jets news may be in search of a shut-down cornerback in the 2014 NFL Draft, with the New York Jets hosting one of the most-hyped defensive back in this year's draft class next week.
Per Josh Alper of NBC Sports Network's Pro Football Talk, the New York Jets are one of three teams that will be hosting former Michigan State cornerback Darqueze Dennard in the next week or so --
"He’ll be visiting some of the teams that could select him in the coming days. Gil Brandt of NFL Network reports that Dennard is meeting with the Rams on Thursday with visits with the Jets and Bengals lined up for next week."
Dennard has been grouped by many draft experts with cornerback prospects Justin Gilbert and Kyle Fuller as one of the three best cornerbacks available in the 2014 NFL Draft.
The New York Jets will also meet with Kyle Fuller in the coming weeks.
