Tiger Talks: Michael Dal Colle

The Islanders strong 2018 draft class, along with Kieffer Bellows from two years ago, pushed Michael Dal Colle, the 2014 first-round pick, to the back burner. His play to start the season however, has elevated the winger back to the forefront.

Heading into this morning’s game, Dal Colle leads the Sound Tigers with six goals and 13 points in 10 games, despite missing two contests in October due to injury. In addition, Dal Colle paces Bridgeport with five multi-point games (half of his appearances) and is tied for ninth in the AHL in both goals and points. He has five goals and three assists (eight points) in his last six games.
