Schwartz on Sports Podcast: Pat LaFontaine Talks Hockey (Audio)

Does it get any better than NHL legend and hockey hall of famer Pat LaFontaine?

Seriously. The American-born hockey player who tallied 468 goals and 1,013 points over the course of a brilliant 15-year NHL career, was drafted by the local New York Islanders third overall during the 1983 NHL Entry Draft. If playing eight seasons with the Isles wasn’t enough, he finished his career in Manhattan with the Rangers during the 1997-98 campaign.

Not only is the man an all-time great, but he’s one terrific individual.

This makes him the perfect first guest for Peter Schwartz, the talented veteran sports voice who’s taken his talents to Elite Sports NY in a number of varieties.
