Poulin Around: Islanders re-sign third string goalie to one-year, two-way contract

Once more into the Bridge, my friends.

While everyone was concerning themselves with the domestic life of Islanders defensemen or the locker room strife with a certain local circus, Newsday's Arthur Staple announced a bit of Islanders news that otherwise would be of paramount importance.

G Kevin Poulin has re-upped with #Isles on a one-year, two-way deal. Same financial terms as last year (600/275).

Poulin, who did not sign a qualifying offer by the deadline, is 18-25-0-3 with the Islanders in parts of five seasons.
