We all know how the New York Islanders have turned it around since Jack Capuano’s departure, playing totally different hockey and clicking on all cylinders. Let’s take a quick peek into the offensive part of this outburst, as the Isles should have six 20 goal scorers.
Last year, the Islanders had four 20 goal scorers, a nice respectable number. Two of them departed in the offseason in Frans Nielsen and Kyle Okposo. Many fans (including myself) were worried who would replace the duo, and it looks like Garth Snow’s signing of Andrew Ladd and Jason Chimera is paying off.
