We’re only seven games into the season and the New York Islanders have already had three three-plus day breaks this season. They finally return home to face the Florida Panthers.
The Panthers are a team that the Isles haven’t had much success against recently. Over the last two season’s the Isles are 2-3-1 against the Panthers. Of course, there’s always that playoff series win from the 2016 playoffs to hang our hats on.
Coming into this game the Islanders are favored and rightfully so. The Panthers, just aren’t the same right now.
