Before the start of the 2018-19 NHL season, the New York Islanders were ranked as having the fifth best prospect pool in the NHL (subscription required). After drafting two top ten prospects in last years NHL draft its easy to see why they ranked so high.
The Islanders added Oliver Wahlstrom selected with the eleventh overall pick and Noah Dobson with the 12th overall pick in 2018 to an already impressive collection of prospects.

They already have Josh Ho-Sang and Devon Toews knocking at the door for an NHL spot.
