New York Islanders fans have a bad habit when it comes to nostalgia. Some fans can’t get over the 1980 dynasty teams, others still believe in the heart of hearts that the team is coming back to the Coliseum, and today some fans wanted a reunion with a former player who was waived today.
Matt Moulson was waived by the Buffalo Sabres in year four of his five-year $25 million deal. Some Islander fans were hoping for a reunion.
