Fans are passionate, loud, superstitious and sometimes a tad bit over the top. Although the New York Islanders fans reaction to Dunkin Donuts giving out cups with the New York Rangers logo on them was perfect.
On the side of America’s favorite coffee cups, it reads “Brewed For This” with the logo of the other New York hockey team on it.
Since naturally New Yorkers love coffee and love to hate their teams rivals the response to this branding was peak hockey fan.
There’s hating the Rangers and then there’s my dad causing a scene at Dunkin Donuts until the cashier crosses out the logo on his cup.
