Da Beauty League held their championship game on Wednesday, August 22 where Team Bic and Team Velocity fought for the John Scott Cup.
Team Bic won the close contest 3-1 and the John Scott Cup. With 16 goals and 27 points in just 10 games, Brock Nelson was named to the All-Da Beauty Team.
Nelson shared the league lead in goals with Brock Boeser (Vancouver Canucks) and Mikey Eyssimont (Los Angeles Kings prospect). The Warroad, Minnesota native also finished second in league scoring, seven points behind Boeser who was named the league’s MVP.
