In last night’s loss to the Tampa Bay Lightning, Anthony Beauvillier was a nonfactor again for the New York Islanders. He had a couple of chances but at the end of the day, he was held off the scoresheet for the 13th out of 14th time.
Somehow, Beauvillier only has one point all season and it came back on October 27. He’s now gone six straight games without a point after going seven in a row without one to start the year.
For someone who spends a lot of time playing with Mathew Barzal, it’s almost impossible to not put up points.
