For the first time this year, Alan Quine will be joining the New York Islanders. Unfortunately, Nikolai Kulemin suffered an injury and will be out for a while. Thus, Quine seems like the obvious replacement in the lineup.
Last year in 61 games Quine produced 18 points (5 goals, 13 assists). Quine was a role player with the 2016-2017 Islanders and that’s all he will be with this year’s team.
It all depends on how long Kulemin will be out of the lineup for. If it’s a long-term problem, like they’re expecting, will we see Quine on the third line every night?
