On the surface, it looks like Shane Prince and Alan Quine put up identical numbers. Both had five goals and 13 assists for 18 points on the season but you have to go deeper than just those three basic stats.
While they both had the same basic stat line Shane Prince did it in a lot less games. Prince, who struggled with injuries only played in 50 games while Quine played in 61.
When you take that into consideration and look at their points per game .36 for Prince and .30 for Quine where it becomes more obvious who the better player is.
