After writing my piece on Pulock, it took me about two hours to figure out who I was going to write about next. I was very determined to put a piece together on my concerns of New York Islanders Brock Nelson as their second line Center/Centre (whatever makes you happy).
But since he went 15 for 19 on face-offs’ Wednesday night and was backchecking like his job depended on it, he gets a pass…. for now at least. Instead let’s talk about what is expected from him when he is not disappearing on the ice.
More importantly, let’s discuss how Brock Nelson can stay engaged in those difficult midseason months.
