New York Islanders center-turned-winger-turned center Mikhail Grabovski unleashed a great shot for his power play goal in the second period of Monday night's meeting with the Calgary Flames.
But the play wasn't possible without "great pass from the Bailey." Josh Bailey, that is. As Grabovski described on the MSG+ intermission interview:
It was Grabovski's second goal in a row, after scoring the overtime winner Saturday night in St. Louis.
Here's the pass in question. Note that it was great but not a perfect pass from the Bailey. Grabovski had to brace to play it with his right skate first:
